1 Course Refund Policy

7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have completed less than 20% of the course content
  • You are not satisfied with the course quality
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course
  • The course content doesn't match the description

30-Day Partial Refund

Between 8-30 days after purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund:

  • 50% refund if you've completed 20-50% of the course
  • 25% refund if you've completed 50-75% of the course
  • No refund if you've completed more than 75% of the course

No Refund After 30 Days

After 30 days from purchase, refunds are generally not available except in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Prolonged technical issues on our platform
  • Course content was significantly misrepresented
  • Instructor misconduct or course discontinuation

2 Subscription Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • No refund for the current month once billed
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Automatic renewal stops after cancellation

Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Prorated refund for unused months (minus a $50 processing fee)
  • Refund calculated based on remaining subscription period
  • Special promotional pricing may affect refund calculations

Premium Plans

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans
  • Prorated refunds available for downgrades
  • No refund for add-on services after activation

3 How to Cancel & Request Refunds

Self-Service Cancellation

  2. Go to "Account Settings" → "Subscriptions"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" next to the plan
  4. Follow the cancellation wizard
  5. Receive confirmation email

Refund Request Process
