We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content
- You are not satisfied with the course quality
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course
- The course content doesn't match the description
30-Day Partial Refund
Between 8-30 days after purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund:
- 50% refund if you've completed 20-50% of the course
- 25% refund if you've completed 50-75% of the course
- No refund if you've completed more than 75% of the course
No Refund After 30 Days
After 30 days from purchase, refunds are generally not available except in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Prolonged technical issues on our platform
- Course content was significantly misrepresented
- Instructor misconduct or course discontinuation

Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refund for the current month once billed
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
- Automatic renewal stops after cancellation
Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Prorated refund for unused months (minus a $50 processing fee)
- Refund calculated based on remaining subscription period
- Special promotional pricing may affect refund calculations
Premium Plans
