Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Mediation if direct negotiations fail
• Arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
• Courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, India
